Dear Webpal users,

We are writing to inform you that in order to enhance the security of our platform, we will be implementing two-factor authentication (2FA) for all user accounts.

2FA is an additional layer of security that requires users to provide not only their username and password, but also a unique code generated by a separate device such as a smartphone. This helps to ensure that only authorized users have access to sensitive information.

Starting from 2023/02/01, all users will be required to enable 2FA on their Webpal account. The process is simple and only takes a few minutes. You can find step-by-step instructions on how to enable 2FA in the https://webpal.biz/hosting-tips/how-to-enable-two-factor-authentication-in-webpal-client-area.

If you have any questions or concerns about this change, please reach out to our support team at https://webpal.biz/contact-us.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work to ensure the security and privacy of our users.

Sincerely,

The Webpal team.
